I learnt lots about the brewing process from whisky, gin to beer. We had a great range of tastings at each venue and sampled some amazing Tasmanian produce. Sarah was a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable, fun and an amazing DJ, keeping the fun alive in between stops. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone and I cannot wait to book my next one!!Annie Pendlebury2023-01-28We have had the most incredible food & wine tour today with Sarah & her beautiful, brand new bus! Robyn S2023-04-17Looking for a tour you can't go wrong with this one My friends and I were in Launceston for a 70th birthday celebration and looking for a tour to take us to Stanley, we were so lucky that Sarah from Coastline Tour Tasmania was recommended to us. We had such a relaxing trip; Sarah is a wealth of knowledge having grown up in the area and she tailored the trip to our needs. She also has a great sense of humour; we all loved the day.Jackie P2023-04-13Fantastic Tour and Great Venues Sarah was a great host and very accommodating, each venue was a great choice, the food and quality of the winery, gin distillery, cidery and brewery were all lovely with beautiful views, good food and a very well run tour - Congratulations on providing such a wonderful service - we will definitely be recommending your businessDennis P2023-04-05Wonderful Experience! Sarah was truly a gem! We were picked up in a very spacious van and whisked off for the day tour of fun, excitement, and pure ‘awe’. We were not expecting much to see since Burnie and surrounding areas were so small, but Sarah took us to little hideaways, lookouts, a great lunch spot and a chocolate shop that was wonderful! She topped off the day by finding a kangaroo for us to see … as Americans we were thrilled! If you want a great tour, definitely book Sarah and her tour of the area.Carol C2023-04-05Perfect Day! We spent a day with Sarah touring the sights just outside of Burnie where our cruise ship was docked. In advance of the tour we corresponded directly with Sarah who inquired about our interests. It was our first visit to Tasmania so we did not make specific requests, but indicated the general interests of our small group of 4. Sarah was always prompt and clear in all her communications. She designed the perfect day for us, including a combination of nature, sight-seeing, wine-tasting and lunch. We arrived in Burnie after Sydney and Melbourne, so we especially appreciated the time spent walking along the river banks and the falls. Along the way, Sarah spotted a wallaby and gave us clues for sighting a platypus....although we never saw a platypus, we loved the experience of searching. She also knew a perfect place for spotting a kangaroo. With her native knowledge, Sarah also guided us through the rolling agricultural hills. exciting to her North American visitors. We enjoyed local fare for lunch at a bakery and our day concluded with a local wine tasting with a cheese platter. Sarah is attentive to all her guests needs, starting with her spacious and immaculate touring van, complete with refrigerated beverages. She is an excellent driver and had interesting commentary for the places we visited. From aboriginal heritage to architecture, wildlife to shopping tips, she is a wealth of knowledge. We enjoyed the day, and would highly recommend her services.James F2023-03-14Exceeded OUR Expectations throughout the tour Sarah, our tour guide was an amazing local guide. She initially eased my mind regarding engaging a private tour operator by being very responsive to my questions via e mail. She was waiting at the shuttle drop off when we arrived, in spite of the fact that our ship was 45 minutes late into port!!The tour she provided was a great mix of the naturall beauty of Burnie, along with wine, whiskey, and chocolate tastings, and cross sountry sights. Her new 11 person van was very comfortable and easy to get in and out.On the tour, we never felt hurried and she alway took the time to fully answer any of our questions. We were hoping for a good tour...we got a GREAT ONE!Kim T2023-03-05Coastline Tours food and beverage experience tour Fantastic tour from start to finish and great value for money. Pick up was simple and they got us back in time to the boat. We did so many things during the day!!! Wine tasting, chocolate tasting, animals, overlook spots, nature hikes…it was a very full day. Lots of laughing as wellMylaBailey2023-01-22Best Burnie Tour Imaginable The area around Burnie is gorgeous, and Sarah knows it well. She customized our tour to our wants and was very clever about covering many places most efficiently. It's hard to pick our favorite, because they all added up to a great day. We saw Guide Falls, Mersey Bluff, Braddon's Lookout, and the world's largest penguin. Sarah treated us to some traditional Australian snacks when we stopped at Hiscott Park. We hope to return to Burnie soon, and have her take us to Stanley and Table Cape. If you're going to Burnie, you couldn't get a better guide. Almost forgot - she has a brand-new van which is very comfortable for touring - better than any I've ever ridden in.Tripadvisor rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 15 reviews
